Southeastern France and Corsica: The south of France is magical. History, art, food and wine make Provence a delight. Hike among the jagged spires of the Dentelles de Montmirail and follow in the footsteps of Vincent van Gogh into the Alpilles. Seek your reflection in the pristine waters of Caragh Lake and ramble to the surf crashing in the sun at Dingle Bay. Or explore the Dingle peninsula – follow medieval roads to mysterious pagan sites, hike past scurrying sheep, and walk along spectacular Atlantic cliffs, home to thousands of seabirds. Andalucia: Spring in southern Spain is a time of celebration and cycling. Experience Spain is at its most flamboyant; the cities of Cordoba, Carmona and Seville are filled with Moorish architecture, enchanting streets with tiled courtyards, flamenco music and a street theatre that invites participation.

Camino de Santiago: Pilgrims have traveled the "Way of St. James" in northwestern Spain for a thousand years, and legend has it that the remains of Saint James the Great rest at its endpoint, Santiago de Compostela. The World Heritage Site draws both travelers and pilgrams from around the globe. James Michener declared the Camino one of the best three journeys in the world, and we would add: especially by bicycle.

America's frontier reveals its secrets best from the saddle - of a bicycle, that is. Imagery of the Old West will fill you as you pedal past Utah's soaring arches and rocky spires, taking the time to explore unexpected green valleys that were once home to wild mustangs. And like the bouquet of a spicy Zinfandel, the wine country of California, north of San Francisco, opens up to reveal many delights and pleasures.

California: Napa Valley and Sonoma County are synonymous with great wine and fine food and dining. By bike, discover shady back lanes, towering redwood groves, a surprising Russian history and delightful pedaling – past vineyards and wine chateaus of every conceivable design.

Utah: Journey to the spectacular canyonlands of southern Utah visiting three national parks or monuments. Pedal amongst towering mesas and red cliffs, graced with ancient petroglyphs. Picnic under stone arches and follow the course of the mighty Colorado River. Enjoy high desert vistas and breathtaking views from mountain tops.
